Terms of Service

These terms apply when you create an account, buy, or use training from Tjane Health Academy ("we", "us"), including PRP Counselor Professional Training at prp.tjanehealth.com.

1. What you are buying

A one-time purchase gives you online, self-paced access to the training listed at checkout. Individual Access is for one person. Agency Access gives the purchasing account the number of learner seats shown at checkout. Accounts and seats may not be shared or resold.

2. Educational purpose only

This is private professional development training. Finishing it earns a Certificate of Training Completion and training hours. It is not state licensure, professional certification, CEU or PRA-approved continuing education, or accreditation. It does not authorize independent clinical practice. Always follow your state, agency, and payer requirements. Training content is not legal, billing, clinical, or regulatory advice.

3. Fictional scenarios and your submissions

Participants in the course are fictional composites. Do not enter real participant names or protected health information anywhere in the platform, including the Documentation Lab and AI note feedback. AI feedback is automated and may be imperfect; use your own professional judgment.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in US dollars and charged once at checkout through Stripe. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. If a payment is refunded or reversed, access granted by that purchase is removed.

5. Certificates

Certificates are issued automatically after you complete all modules and pass the final competency assessment (80% or higher). Anyone can check a certificate number on the public verification page. We may revoke a certificate obtained through misuse.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, redistribute, or resell course content, assessment questions, or toolkit resources outside your own or your agency's training use.
• Do not try to bypass access controls, verification limits, or payment.
• Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or real confidential participant information.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the platform available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update course content to keep it accurate. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the training is provided "as is". Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the training.
